These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Grai Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of the App
You may use the app only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to disrupt its functionality.
3. Intellectual Property
All content in the app - including music, UI elements, graphics, features, and code - is owned by us or our partners. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our permission.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
6. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
GRAI offers auto-renewable subscription plans, including GRAI Weekly and GRAI Yearly/Annual. The applicable price, billing period and included features are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Purchases Through Apple App Store. If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store:
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the then-current subscription price.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds for subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple, according to the App Store refund policy.
GRAI cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple.
Purchases Through Google Play Store. If you purchase a subscription through the Google Play Store:
• Payment will be charged to the Google account associated with your purchase.
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the current period ends.
• Your Google account will be charged for renewal at the then-current subscription price, and Google may notify you of any price changes where required.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Subscription Settings (Google Play app or payments.google.com).
• Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds for Google Play purchases follow the Google Play refund policy.
• In many cases, refunds can be requested directly through your Google Play order history.
• GRAI cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Google Play.
10. One-Time In-App Purchases
In addition to subscriptions, GRAI may offer one-time in-app purchases, such as credit packs, unlockable features, or other digital content. These purchases are charged once to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase.
• They do not auto-renew.
• The price and included content are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Access to one-time purchases is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and may not be transferable.
• Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google, depending on where the purchase was made.
